Menzies and Smith take Granite City Open Titles
Cameron Menzies became the latest Scotman to add his name to the illustrious list that have won the Granite City Open title. After his 8-1 final victory over Bruce Montgomery, Menzies joins such names as Gary Anderson, Martin Adams, Stephen Bunting and John Henderson on the Roll of Honour.

Winmau’s William Borland was defeated in the semi-finals of the Men’s pairs with partner Gary Stone, but the Scottish ace had already picked up some Silverware in the form of the Mixed Pairs title.

Young McKinlay also came runner up in the Ladies singles to Kate Smith, as she was narrowly defeated 5-4. Smith also defeated mixed pairs finalist Chelsea McMahon, Karen Cruickshanks and Meganne Shearer on her way to the title.
